More Claiborne updates

Thanks to the contributions of William (“Bob”) R. Claiborne, we have significantly updated the records of William Britton Claiborne (“Britt”) and his descendants. Britt is the second child of Arthur Smith Claiborne, Sr., seventh child of John B. Claiborne.
